The Westin Long Plaża

I stayed at The Westin Long Beach a few weeks ago, and the exceptional customer service truly made the experience memorable. From the moment I arrived, Tiffani went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout my entire stay. She was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, always willing to assist with any request and making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Her dedication to providing excellent service significantly enhanced my experience. I would also like to recognize Kasia, who made the checkout process smooth and pleasant. She was friendly, courteous, and efficient, ending my stay on a wonderful note. The level of hospitality demonstrated by both Tiffani and Kasia reflects the high standards of The Westin Long Beach. Their professionalism, warmth, and commitment to guest satisfaction are truly commendable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Absolutely amazing hotel and staff. I was traveling for work on my birthday. When I opened my room door they had a tray with a card, cake, snacks and a bottle of wine, wishing me a happy birthday. I am a titanium member, but this is above and beyond. Thank you to all staff for making my trip awesome!

Don’t let the lobby deceive you. Let’s start with the bedroom: - telephone didn’t work properly - tv did not function properly - carpet was dirty - fridge was small - stains on bed skirt - hair on the bedsheets Now onto the bathroom: - the shower was a tub - the shower was slippery - the shower drains very slow - the bathroom does not have climate control (always hot) - no fresh tissue box - toilet paper was thin - towels always shedding And let’s not forget the room service: - additional charges for any room service order - they were unable to fix my tv

Super great lobby and service, but rooms were a bit outdated in decor.
