StaysPro - Cityscape Luxury Rental Homes in the Heart of Los Angeles

I’ve stayed at over 600 hotels in my life, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The fact that such a scam company can appear on this platform and even receive high ratings is clearly the result of some kind of fraud. Do not book this hotel under any circumstances. I made a reservation and went to the listed address, but there was no place where check-in was possible. When I checked the app, I saw a message telling me to come to a completely different address. There was no apology, no approval process, and no sense of guilt—just a casual message telling me that the room was in a totally different, faraway location. I specifically chose a hotel within walking distance of Little Tokyo because of my demanding work schedule there, so this made absolutely no sense. It was already late at night, and after a 10-hour flight followed by work straight from the airport, I was exhausted—but I had no choice but to head there. It took over 10 minutes by taxi. When I arrived, there was a group of people smoking cigarettes and marijuana Outside, loud music was blasting, shouting, and staring at me aggressively. I kept my head down and hurried past them into the building. Inside the room, I could still hear loud voices and music from the next door. I felt like I was going to lose my mind and ran out in less than five minutes. After searching online, I found it located in the middle of one of the most dangerous areas in town, where shootings frequently occur. I have contacted both Agoda and this hotel multiple times over several days, but I have yet to receive a refund or any proper response. This was an absolutely horrible experience. Do not ever book this hotel! - This is by far the worst hotel I've stayed at in my 600+ years. Even after entering the room, I could hear loud conversations and the music echoing from next door. I nearly lost my mind and ran out within five minutes. I quickly looked it up and found out it was smack in the middle of a dangerous area with a high incidence of shootings. I've complained to both Agoda and the hotel for days, but they still haven't given me a refund or a proper response. It's awful! Don't ever book with them!

What is most important to me is the good communication with the host. Clear and quick response from the start.

I can say it's excellent with all the attractions within easy reach without having to go crazy with transport or cars

The location is good, but there's some graffiti on the street. Inside the building it's very nice, as the walls blend with the greenery of the plants. The rooms are spacious, and it was great to have two bathrooms and a washing machine and dryer, so it was also good to have some capsules to put in the washing machine and dishwasher.

Spacious and practical apartment, located on the edge of Little Tokyo close to all shops. A nice bonus: beautiful common areas with city views.

Good spacious apartment, with all facilities present. A little worn furniture. Very close to local metro station and many restaurants in the area. Could have used a gym/workout room.

The perfect place to stay while visiting Los Angeles. The apartment is very nice and modern. The rooms are very spacious, with comfortable beds, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The location is fantastic, in Little Tokyo, with a subway stop almost directly across the street, allowing you to visit any part of the city quickly and cheaply. Nearby, there's a shopping center with various restaurants, and a short walk away is a medical center with an emergency room. The management is excellent; they are always available to answer any questions. I would definitely stay again.

The apartment is perfect. Best apartment so far on our trip. Perfectly equipped and very beautiful. Parking is unfortunately a problem. Be sure to get parking confirmed by the landlord beforehand. Otherwise, the cheapest parking option is in front of the building for two hours, but only for two hours.
