Great stay in a convenient location. Room was great, but the best part my stay was how friendly and accommodating the hotel stay was. Particular Zach and Jamir were great host. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable.

This is the best place to stay. The rooms are always clean, the staff always friendly and the food is hot and fresh. This is the only place I stay when I come out here.

This is NOT feedback. ThiS is FEED-FORWARD. Tanisha, the Assistant GM; is amazing. I broke a few ribs before my stay here, she remembered my name and injury; and asked me how I was doing eacj day. I extended my stay a few days and The "Room service" staff was accommodating and very helpful. Zak helped me with extending my stay (3rd party) and made it very easy. He under promised and over delivered. Rhonda was a front desk overnight supervisor that was very kind and helpful also. I am constantly recruiting for my own business and im considering inquiring opportunities with all the above mentioned. Retain them, pay them

While this is a great location, the service received was subpar. The vending machine was broken, taking our money several times with little or no reimbursement. The hotel didn't have an adult-only pool/ hot tub, which was not HOT. A guest who was asked to leave because she was a minor stated she peed in the hot tub. There was no service at the welcome desk, prompting a wait while other employees looked for management.

This hotel is a playground for wild children. They let kids run all over hotel, in the pool, hot tub and conference room all night. They were partying in the conference room until 1am last night, right across the hall from my room. Screaming, playing actual hockey with nets set up in the conference room at 1am. It is now 10:39pm and I want to go to bed, but the children’s partying is still in full swing while the parents drink in the lobby. Video attached. Stay elsewhere if you value your sanity.
