Red Eye NY
Wielu gości chwali obiekt za wspaniałą atmosferę, przyjazny personel i przyjemne wydarzenia, a niektórzy uważają ceny napojów za rozsądne jak na Nowy Jork. Częste skargi obejmują jednak agresywny personel przy drzwiach, drogie napoje i brak darmowej wody, a niektórzy klienci doświadczają powolnej obsługi i niejasnych cen.

Love this place best spot to decompress after work. The team is the best!!
Love this place I’m here all the time! So many different events and parties, truly something for everyone. The service is always wonderful. I’ve seen people say that their drinks are expensive (they must not be from New York), the Well drinks are only $11?! (obviously if you get a double that makes it $22) Definitely get what you pay for. The bartenders are always ready to offer water, though like most night clubs during the big weekend parties it’s a bottle only situation but it’s the same price as buying a coke. Definitely the best overall Queer Club/Bar in Manhattan! Do yourself a favor and pay a visit! (Also the espresso martinis are to die for 🤤🤤)
Avoid this place if you can. As a venue, fine, but they won't serve water. You would thing that any venue that cares about their patrons would, at the very least, provide water. When I asked for a glass of water, they said no because there was a "bar minimum"; bottles of water for $5.60. Also, they said they were trying to reuse cups. However, after I bought an overpriced drink and asked for a refill with water, I was told no. This sort of policy should be illegal. Forget this place,.there's better.
Professional here, scientist turned lawyer. Never been to Red Eye before. I ubered here from Kween to meet up with some friends. There were only a few people inside, despite being Cinco de Mayo. Upon arrival, I asked the bartender to use the restroom. He said restrooms were for customers only. I told him I would purchase a beer and stay after I relieved myself. He asked me to pay in advance. I said no and left. Because I was the first of my friends to arrive, I texted them about the incident, and we went to 9th Avenue Saloon instead. I probably would not go back. Customers do not appreciate being treated like I was. Given the bar’s location, I understand that the bartender likely has to deal with a lot of individuals acting out of pocket. However, I was sober, well groomed, and polite. The bartender had no reasonable basis for believing I would not stay true to my word. I fully intended on staying for a drink. But even if I didn’t, so what? Perhaps Red Eye should talk to that bartender. If you treat customers like bums, they are just going to patronize one of the many gay bars within walking distance. Perhaps staff behavior like this is a reason the bar was essentially empty when other nearby bars were busy.
