Hi there.. Our family of 10 adults and 1 child stayed at Andre and Maria bnb.. The best air bnb we have stayed in by far! 3 floors plenty of beds WELL equipped kitchens etc they have thought of absolutely everything and a beautiful outside area and drive in garage.. Very close to Newark Airport and train to NY city and the Staton island ferry.. Andre was always there to communicate with you. 5 star review for our family.. Thankyou again Andre and Maria we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend your place to our family and friends.. Eddie and Denise

We had an incredible experience staying at Simon stays in Jersey City! The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from downtown and Exchange Place, where we enjoyed the mesmerizing skyline of NYC. The Airbnb itself was adorable, with all the amenities you could ask for. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by a beautifully arranged fruit charcuterie board - such a thoughtful and delightful touch. Andre, our host, truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His responsiveness and flexibility made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and we can't wait to return. If you're looking for a charming Airbnb in a prime location with an attentive host, this is the place to be!

Simon’s stay was simply amazing Everything was perfect and so much inclusions drying our stay. The decor too was nice and everything comfortable. I Definitely recommend it It is a little bit far if you want to go to downtown NYC but that’s why it’s more affordable Thank you for a nice stay !!!

This place is outstanding, very spacious, the amenities are endless, very very clean, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The self checking in/out is seamless. The host is very professional and responsive. The only thing that needs improvement are the squeaky doors and should be an easy fix, otherwise this place is just excellent for a big and small family, better than most 5 star hotels !!! I would recommend 100% 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

The Urban Oasis by Simon Stays in Jersey City was spotless: Clean and elegant, very well equipped and maintained (by our Swiss standards) - highly recommendable. A fantastic home base for Manhattan sightseeing. Curbside parking is easy to find in front of the house, and free. Neighbourhood is quiet for a good night's rest. And driving to the museums in Manhattan takes about an hour door-to-door.
