Aqua Haven

Pleased with the work of Ryan, Cody, Edgar, and the entire team at Aqua Haven. The finished project looks very nice. It took a bit longer than anticipated; however, we are pleased with the time and attention to detail. Would only suggest more communication on the timing of the project, but our questions and concerns were taken care of throughout the process. Excited to open and enjoy the pool next season.

We are so happy with Aqua Haven! They put in a fiberglass pool, spa, tanning ledge, and a pavilion with a storage area on back. Although the rain this spring hindered the work progress it turned out beautifully exceeding our expectations. I have a 19 year old autistic grandson and the workers were all so kind to him and took time to let him “help” when they could. Any time we had a problem or needed help they were great! I would definitely recommend the company, Ryan, Cody, David, and everyone else involved. They made my dream come true!

The pool they built for us took forever

Rob came out at the expected time, rang the door doorbell, and even called to make he got my digital hottub display replaced. He did it quickly and then tested it to make sure it did. Rob and Aqua Haven are GREAT!!!

Literally the worst experience ever. We bought this hot tub at the hot tub convention back in APRIL 2025. Waited for months for the delivery even though they said it would only be 30 days & never heard anything so I called then they said they had a billboard fall on their building & they didn’t know when we would be able to get our hot tub. Literally my whole family had to keep calling for weeks & they just keep transferring you to someone else with no answers. The owner Ryan said he would mail out a check since I just wanted my money back at this point. He said he was mailing it 8/1/25 and I still haven’t received it so I called up there & they said they didn’t “want the check cleared until 8/13/25 & that I could come pick it up at the office instead of mailing it which I thought he already did in the first place. We never received ONE apology for this inconvenience & we’ve been dealing with them since April. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. We have told all our friends & family to stay far away. 0/10 recommend.

Worst experience ever. Sales team made a bunch of promises fast delivery, quality products, and great service. None of it was true. Pool showed up late and missing parts. Jacuzzi was scratched and looked used. Installers were sloppy and damaged my patio. The jacuzzi didn’t even work after they “finished.” Tried calling for help no one calls back. But they had no problem taking my money right away. This place is a joke. Avoid them at all costs.

Recently purchased house with spa and had some issues with leaking and breaker tripping. The technician (Rob Stow) was was really good, he was able to diagnose and resolve the leak in no time. The breaker tripping was a pump issues due to the water leak. He was able to clean and dry out the pump motor and get the spa back to 100% working. I am very happy with the work performed and Rob was able to save the motor and defer those costs for another day down the road. I definitely recommend Aqua Haven and Rob Stow.
