This hotel saved me this weekend when I couldn't find availability anywhere else... I'd forgotten my credit card, and this was the only one that accepted cash. The staff is super friendly! And the location is great! 👌

Unfortunately, this was a really disappointing stay. I left a Pop-Tart on the desk, and when I came back there were ants all over it. Then I realized the ants weren’t just on the desk — they were all over the floor and had gotten into my suitcase as well. I understand that pests can happen, but what bothered me just as much was how the situation was handled. When I brought it to the front desk, I was basically told, “Sorry about that,” and offered a $30 refund on a $130 stay. I explained that ants had gotten into my belongings and that I would now have to go through my suitcase to make sure I wasn’t bringing them home with me, but they would not offer anything further. For the price of the room, I expected a clean, pest-free space and a more appropriate response when there was clearly an ant problem in the room. I would not stay here again based on this experience.

Check in was fast and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

I was expecting less, because there were only three stars when we booked, but the room was clean, the beds were above average, and the breakfast was also on the good side. I was expecting less and I would definitely stay here again.

Parking can be tight for RVers. We suggest getting there early.

First off dont stay here you'll end up sick and regretting it like I did. The room i paid for had a balcony and a jetted tub sounds amazing right Wrong it was a dirty stinky room that ruined our whole trip. I mean we walked in and this nasty smell hit ya in the face so we sprayed it with perfume and airfresners and opened up the balcony door to hopefully air out the room and left for a little bit. Upon returning the smell was still there and I dont mean a little stinky it was so bad I was throwing up from it and everytime the ac would kick on the smell got worse. So I went down and asked the front desk what the smell was coming from and if she could come check the room. I Got a rude remark. So I went back to the room and started looking for the sorce of the smell. Found an old stinky nasty rag underneath the fridge that I hoped was the problem so had front desk come clean it up and she acted all put out and wasnt very nice about any of it. After she left with the stinky rag the smell still stayed. Mind you I had thrown up twice from the stinky dead body/rodent black mold smell in this room. Was supposed to be spending time with loved ones that I hadn't seen in a while and this room ruined our mood killed the vibe and made the night hell. I finally couldn't handle it anymore that I went back to the front desk the 3rd time and asked what we could do about the room and asked her how she would handle it if rolls were switched. I paid way to much for this room for it to be that bad. So 2am we have to load up all our belongings and go to a different room that was right below the stinky room. Every once in a while we would get that smell in the new room which tells me its in the structure off the rooms. The tile in the stinky room had places that were bulging up and you could see black mold under the tile which is probably why we could smell it in the room below it as well. I dont know what else was causing the odor but it ruined our whole trip. The front desk was so rude and could/should of handled the whole situation differently especially where I paid so much for the room. So not only was I out the money but I was physically sick from it and who's to say that black mold didnt have life long effects on us from breathing it in, in that hotel. Didnt even get a discount on future stays or money back not even an apology. Eric the maintenance guy was more helpful and concerned more than the manager was which doesnt say any good about her. So thank you Eric. But again DONT STAY HERE!! ITS A DIRTY STINKY PLACE AND WILL MAKE YOU SICK AND THE FRONT DESK LADYS BOTH OF THEM ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.

Great choice for the valley…rooms are clean and beds really comfortable.

Very good hotel. Very spacious room and very large, comfortable beds. Located next to the highway, and we were given a room with a lake view. It's a bit noisier if you have the window open and the noise of the cars bothers you, but with the window closed it's fine.

my room was spacious and open. clean and welcoming. comfy bed, lots of space.
