Aloft Orlando Downtown

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Aloft Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to get everywhere I needed to go, and my room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. What truly made this stay stand out was Ivy at Guest Services. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. Her warm personality and willingness to go above and beyond made me feel valued as a guest and turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. I will definently be back!

Front desk service was terrible. Room wasnt ready on time. We were told the room would be ready withing 10-15 minutes. Went up to the desk 20 minutes later and asked about the room and the key was just sitting there when I was told someone would tell me when it was ready. There were random hairs in the shower and in the sheets. The pillows were abnormally small and uncomfortable. However the location to the kia center is unmatched. 10/10 location.

I am very satisfied with the hotel; the rooms were super comfortable and clean. The valet service—especially Luis—was incredibly attentive at all times; he helped with my luggage, gave me water, and opened the door for me right up to the very last moment. I will definitely be back.

Valet Group was awesome as well as the front desk. E Did a great job on valet for me every time I needed my car. Hustled nonstop.

Booked for a quick stay, Sunday to Monday. As Elite Platinum, they gave me a little welcome bag of water and a snack, and a $15 voucher for breakfast that I elected over the 500 points bonus. Checked in, 2 adults and a Boston Terrier, very smooth process at the desk. Very friendly, very attentive. We got to check in early, 1p and they booked us in room 302 which was perfect, very clean and very spacious for my pup. Ordered room service at arrival, Chicken Cesar salad and a burger and fries, it was good. Later after our event, came back to the hotel before HH ended and grabbed two cock tails and dinner, bartender Matthew was great! Will definitely stay here again. Shout out to the great ladies at the front, seriously!! Helped me with breakfast so much!!

E and Luis were outstanding Valets! They brought my families 3 cars so quickly and were so kind and generous w water on a hot day in Orlando. We will definitely come back to the Aloft Downtown Orlando. Thanks so much!!

Our one night stay was Smooth from the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out . The staff was amazing super helpful and friendly ! Valet service was quick and professional .Luis was great and attentive . Will be back .
