Overpriced microwaveable food! Horrible customer service and the wait time is ridiculous. Staff walking in circles as if they are all confused. The discount they offer for working DT couldn’t get me to return. Totally a waste of my money.

This morning I left my office to go to lunch and headed to Mecatos. There was no one in line, so I stood in front of the register to place my order. I waited for more than five minutes for the person behind the counter to attend to me. When the employee finally approached, she completely ignored me and served two people who were entering the restaurant. When I reminded her that I was first in line, the employee looked at me and very disrespectfully replied, "They only have one question." We suggested they could ask their question after I was served! But the employee completely ignored me and served the people behind me. They'll never see me there again! And I will tell my office colleagues who frequent this restaurant about the terrible customer service at Mecatos. What a lack of respect!

Ok. It turns out my previous review on this place was for a totally different restaurant. Sorry about that. Mecatos is new favorite cafe. They have such good food. I love their hotdogs so so much. AND they have meringue cookies. There are multiple locations. Check one out!

Great place for breakfast

Chain bakery and café in the area. Flavor varies slightly but overall still a great place to have breakfast/lunch

I come here daily. Everyone is very friendly especially Liliana, she is very friendly, kind and attentive. Love this place! Wanted to update my review and say it takes forever now to get your food/coffee so be mindful if you order on your lunch break.
