Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Rossford - Toledo South

Every trip we make out to Ohio we always pick this one. This will be our third time staying here and it’s been exceptional everytime! The rooms have great ac, clean, and comfortable beds. Great breakfast and there’s also a hot tub next to the pool. The owner is amazing as well, great hospitality.

Room was clean enough. Windows had handprints all over them so obviously those weren't cleaned before we came. It was dusty and needs upgraded. Tv channels, hotel, etc. The pool was freezing but the jacuzzi was great. We got to use it for 2 days but by Friday night and Saturday it was overtaken by loud music, people smoking weed and cigarettes outside the door, and parents not controlling their children. The kids were play fist fighting. Breakfast was very minimal and not good. Staff was the best part. Very attentive, easy check in.

Love that Sarah was really friendly and welcoming 🙏 😊 Our son that is in the spectrum can help is running so Sarah help us out with a room. She is a really good host and deserves a raise 👏.

There was no one at the desk when we went to check in. We arrived on a Saturday evening. I guess they were understaffed. We waited about 15 minutes in the lobby and then some other people also came in to check in. The woman that came back was very apologetic and helpful. I felt bad for her she looks stressed out. In any case then there is an issue with the computer. And off duty employee happen to be there as a guest and she came and checked us in on her phone. When we went to go to our room we had to walk by the pool area and the floor was completely soaking wet. To the point that there were puddles of water. It was a complete fall hazard. I also saw people walking barefoot in the halls and elevator and then a young boy at breakfast was barefoot. I have actually never seen this in a hotel. They were very accommodating helping me get a handicapped room because I was recovering from surgery. Location was very good. We slept well with no issues. Just seems like they need more staff there. Also maybe monitoring the pool area.

Paid for hot tub room. It had a leak and leaked all night. Couldn't sleep, and couldn't even use the hot tub. Front desk said it has been broke and the maintenance man was told about it. Booked thru Expedia. I Didn't receive a new room, like Expedia says. The hotel didnt give any refund or another room. Total waste of money. I checked out at 4am because I couldn't sleep. I had to wake up the front desk lady sleeping in the back to check me out. Total disaster, total waste of money. Customer beware. Not recommended.

We arrived and found the in room hot tub leaking water into the tub with a loud drip. We immediately went to tell the front desk staff that we could not turn off the water and that the noise will keep us up and that they were paying for lost water. The response we got was " I already told maintenance about that last week " Well if you told them about this last week why haven't they fixed it? Refused to refund us or move us to a new room. Refused to find anyone to fix the problem. They also allowed children of various ages in the hot tub. Pool full of kids running from pool to out in lobby dripping wet all over floor. Kids yelling playing football until 1 am. Staff not doing anything about noise. In fact, we checked out at 4 am due to inability to sleep and had to yell into front desk area to wake up front desk person who was asleep in back. Very sketchy people walking in and out of hotel with young girls. Several Electrical outlets in our room were plugged with a white substance and could not be used. We paid 180 dollars for this nightmare with a 200 deposit through expedia. Tried to get money back through expedia but was denied. Tried to get money back from front desk to stay elsewhere but was denied. Do not stay here. Felt unsafe. Limited parking area.

Stayed at this location many times without a problem. Today's stay put a stop to that and staff doesn't seem egar to help. Very disappointing.

Great Hotel and stay. We are traveling with a dog so needed a dog friendly hotel which they are. They even had a spot in the back for dogs to exercise in with doggy bags and a trash can if needed. We had dinner in the room but forgot to get plates so I went to the front desk to see if they had any. The woman working the desk was very helpful. They had everything plates silverware and napkins if you needed them. The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Would stay there again.

Staff is friendly. Rooms were clean, your average basic hotel. Pool and hot tub are always good after a day of traveling.

Your always going on find someone to complain. No matter were you go it can happen. Staff is awesome great contental breakfast. Can't believe people complain . Its pretty laid out pet friendly. This price . Been hear a few times. Paid way more for holes working out of town. Pool can get a little busy on the weekend a little loud. Kids play hello. Overall. Its rossford. Its clean . Staff isn't lazy . And its not 200 bucks a night for way less
