Beyond rude and found this in my food.
Great place to go in downtown Phoenix
Fantastic service and food. The live jazz on Saturday was great.
My husband and I had a wonderful dining experience at Pa’la. We enjoyed their four-course dinner, and every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Our server, Jordan, was exceptional. He guided us through the menu with thoughtful recommendations, making it easy to choose the perfect courses. He was warm, attentive, professional, and truly elevated our experience. The hospitality didn’t stop there. The host greeted us with genuine kindness, and another gentleman- who may have been the manager or owner , stopped by to check on us throughout the evening. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made us feel genuinely welcomed. Although I didn’t take photos of the food, the presentation of each course was stunning. We also had the pleasure of enjoying live jazz music, which created the perfect atmosphere for a memorable evening. From the outstanding service to the incredible food and ambiance, Pa’la delivered an experience we look forward to enjoying again. It’s a hidden gem in Downtown Phoenix. Highly recommended!
My wife and I came for a date night on a Friday night during AZ Chefs week and it has to be one of the best meals we’ve had in Arizona and I’m a native! Mel was the perfect server to make our next extra special as well. He knew all the dishes and how they were made. The extra touch is that he knew all the sauces, as a foodie that was huge. The food itself was amazing, every dish better than the other. We had the sea bream and K4 Arizona Bavette along other appetizers. Everything was amazing, thanks Mel and the team at Pa’La!
Really enjoyed the food here. The atmosphere was really nice. Will definitely be coming back.
I always recommend ordering an appetizer like the burrata; the tomato jelly was the star of the show—a great way to whet your appetite! For the main course, I ordered a medium-rare ribeye to share, with a smoky crust and a touch of sweet sauce, served with a golden sweet potato and macha-style salsa.
