Worst "bathhouse" ever. No pool, no jacuzzi, just rooms and long arduous halls. No place to relax or soak. Have a good time!

I don't have expectations when visiting establishments like this... You make your time good or bad. It's all in your attitude... And this place isn't about being the prettiest or the fiercest... It's about camaraderie and fun if you want to achieve it. You're correct it doesn't aim for the college crowd but it does not isolate them either. It's about the average guy being accepted amongst peers. You decide. The staff are fun, be nice and tip, watch what happens.

Most of the staff is nice except for the short white guy, he is very touchy. Most of the time it’s clean, other times it’s gross.

Pretty sure I got scammed, I just came to check it out and for a locker they charged me $28 and I just saw that it was $10 online.

The sauna is great and burned tons of calories!

Great place, great customer service. I am a fan of the Chute especially post remodel. I went on a Thursday late morning around 11am and stayed until 2pm, had a great time. Crowd definitely skews towards bear/older but that's what I'm looking for so all smiles here :) The front desk gentleman was very kind and customer service oriented.

My husband & I went there last night. We were unhappy with the service. The men in the dark room was rude. There was this one Native guy who would push you in the dark room. Couple times we have gone & nobody wanted to play. So we won't be coming back anymore.
