Encircle Salt Lake City

Encircle is one of Utah's most visible LGBTQ+ organisations, running welcoming resource houses for queer youth, young adults and their families. The Salt Lake City house at 331 South 600 East — a restored home near Trolley Square — offers affirming therapy, peer-support and friendship circles, art and music programming, and simple drop-in hours where young people can feel safe. Founded in Provo in 2017 and now with locations across the state, Encircle has become a lifeline in a region where family acceptance can't be taken for granted. It isn't a nightlife venue, but for LGBTQ+ visitors, and especially families, it's a meaningful anchor of the local community.
