Great bartenders and DJ, horrible management. I’ve never been so disrespected in a nightclub after spending the amount of money we did. The owner is extremely unprofessional and did not accommodate nor apologize for treating us so poorly. When we asked to speak with him as well as asked his name we were aggressively escorted out of the establishment. I will never go back to this club, and I’m sure they will slowly lose business if they continue to treat people this way.

The washrooms are a hot mess ..The bartender was very rude.. Tall lean guy, with piercings .. When we repeated our order he said "i heard am not dumb" ... I wouldn't recommend anyone to go here unless you ready for a messy evening.

DO NOT GO HERE. Worst service I have ever recieved at a club hands down. Except for the bartender the staff was straight up rude. First, last, and only time I will ever go to Baltic Room.

*SCAM WARNING**FALSE ADVERTISING* Do not spend your money here!!!! I was so excited to spend New Years our with my best friends. One recently had surgery and this was her first night out since. My other best friend just moved away to Texas and this was her last night out before she left. I decided to splurge and get us a VIP booth. The Baltic Room website stated VIP was in the upper area with a private bar and when I e-mauled with DJ Bankhead he confirmed this and stated that we would not have to wait in any entry lines, would have a private waitress and 2 bottles of champagne. I have the e-mails to prove it. When our group arrived we were taken to a booth at the back of the club behind the bar where you can’t even see the stage. Not on the upper VIP level. We sat in our booth and waited for our waitress. After 15 minutes of waiting I went up to the entrance and asked where our waitress was. I was directed to speak with the manager Kimberly Coil. This is when things took a turn for the worst. She told me they weren’t staffed to have private waitresses and the upstairs booths were already taken. WHY WOULD YOU CONFIRM A SERVICE WITH SOMEONE WHEN IT WAS NOT GOONG TO BE AVAILABLE? At this point I went up to DJ Bankhead and expressed my frustration. He said if he had to he would bring us our drinks. This turned out to be a complete lie. We finally were able to order one round of drinks which were thrown down on the table in front of us. Kimberly Coil obviously did not care about customer service or the hundreds of dollars in a tip she would have coming if we received even decent service. Partway through the night 2 people in our group went outside to smoke. We were told we could re enter with no line since we paid $300 for VIP. My friends called me after waiting in line for 15 minutes to re enter. Once again I had to track down one of the people I had spoken with to get them back inside. At the end of the night we wanted to close our tabs. Kimberly stayed she did not have all of our cards. Well we have them to you so where did they go? After handing us a stack of cards we were able to find ours in a completely unorganized pile with every other patrons cards. Anytime I tried to order a drink from Kimberly she rolled her eyes, glared, or completely ignored us. I thought when you pay hundreds and hundreds of dollars you should at least get mediocre service? Apparently not when Kimberly is your server. Money must not be a problem for her as she blatantly did everything in her power to make sure she would not receive a standard tip. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR FALSE ADVERTISING. AND ESPECIALLY DO NOT LET KIMBERLY COIL BE YOUR WAITRESS OR BARTENDER. I will be letting everyone I know and come in contact with know to never do business here. I have also filed a complaint with the city of Seattle, BBB, and am prepared to hire an attorney if I am not properly refunded. What a pathetic company.

I was here November 3rd for my friend's birthday part. So, pro's and con's: Cons - We get there at 10-ish and it's kind of empty. After reading some of the reviews, I knew this place was under new management and they were trying hard to get back into the scene. Because of this, I was unaffected but the birthday boy wanted some more action. We went to another club close by that was "turnt" and then returned to Baltic later. The whole club felt like it was trying really hard and the music reflected that. I think I saw three different DJ's trying to lay down "phat" beats to get things going. Some drunk white guy came up to me to ask me if I had been in there and, if I had, what I thought about it. Seems like this place had, at one point in time, a bad rap. Pros - the club is open until 4 which, if you're trying to smash kinda hard, is pretty awesome. The beautiful Asian lady bringing us the champagne birthday boy ordered was fast and was quick to answer questions and help out. I'm assuming because she never talked to me, I was drunk, and the club was loud. While at the other club, bouncers, DJ's, and even the beautiful Asian lady helping us out at the table showed up. They were telling us that if we can get X amount of people to go to the Baltic after this club closed, they'd hook us up, and all that. The music was fun; there was some dry moments, but I enjoyed the Hip Hop. Other bits of information - the bouncer was cool but thorough. If you were stamped or not, you were in line and he'd pat you down. I can see how that would be annoying if the place was ever packed. The Long Island I got was a strong one, you could say, a "Strong Island" which I appreciate. The road that it's situated on is supposed to be two-way I think but cars park on one side so Ubers/Lyfts and other drivers may run into situations where you can't drive past other drivers. I saw that happen twice while standing outside, drunk. All in all, I appreciate a place trying to get back on its feet and the booze and music reflected that. I'd like to see it get to where it's trying to go. Would go back again.

Went here on a Wednesday night because the website and google said they were opened and when we got there it was closed with a heavy chain as if it had been closed down for a long time. If it's open, please update hours!! It sucks to be excited to try a place out only to find out it's closed!!!
