The Q Lounge

The Q Lounge is a queer bar and community gathering space in the historic Richmond Hotel building on West Sprague Avenue, right next to nYne in the heart of downtown Spokane's small gay strip. It positions itself as much as a community hangout as a bar, hosting live music, open-mic nights, comedy and recurring social events such as its "Second Fridays" queer hang-out. The space has displayed panels of the AIDS Memorial Quilt, reflecting its ties to the local LGBTQ+ community. It rounds out the two-block cluster of queer nightlife downtown alongside nYne, The Blind Buck and Globe.
