Hilton Garden Inn Topeka

Very clean hotel, in great central location. The staff is wonderful. I have stayed here several times, twice a year and every time it is wonderful. Thank you!

After trying a handful of other hotels in the area and all being booked and sick of driving we were able to get rooms here. We needed 2 rooms and were able to get us in with our rooms right next to each other which was so appreciated. Service 10/10 especially by the young lady working the evening shift at the front desk. She was so nice and accommodating. Will stay here anytime we're traveling through.

The laundry room requires quarters; And, there is only one washer and one dryer. Some "lesser" places at least have a rotating breakfast menu; Here its the same Quiche, same choice of either sausage or bacon breakfast sandwich, and about same 4 or 5 other items; Everyday. The jacuzzi jets are out of service. Only one working elevator so be prepared to wait. The location is good though. Comfy bed/pillows. Would not recommend for those working, and sharing a room because every other day is not soon enough for a clean washcloth. Great water pressure though! This would be a decent place to stay if you are in town for one or two nights.

I stayed here several days for work over the last two weeks. The first stay (five nights) was pretty good. The room was comfy. The lighting both in the room and in the bathroom was not very good at all. The bed was ok, though, and pillows like I like them. There were some little cubbies in the closet. The second stay (one night) was a struggle. Between computer and/or key card issues, a room smelling like stale cigarette smoke and three room changes, I was just ready to call it a night when I finally got my room. Staff were trying their best and I was trying to be patient and give them grace. As a Diamond member, it would have been nice though, to get a credit or extra points.

Would love if vegan options were available.

Great place to stay!

This place is always a great price and decent hotel. Topeka is rough but this place isn’t too bad! If they would repave the parking lot it will be 5 Stars. Those pot holes will take your rim off your car.

The pictures of the room when booking the hotel looked very large. The room was tiny compared to the pictures. The hot tub was closed but looked perfectly fine. There was one sign on the door saying hot tub closed. They didn’t have any way to keep kids out of the apparently closed hot tub. Kids would get in and this gentleman kept coming and yelling that the hot tub was closed. Maybe figure a better way to close the hot tub? Next, only one elevator worked and it took forever! The ice machine on our floor was broken. Finally the front of the hotel looks like a crime scene with all the yellow tape hanging off the trees. Next time we will just go back to the Homewood Suites. It even has a complimentary breakfast!
