Death Café — Southern Arizona Senior Pride

Are you interested in trying something new, meeting new friends, and having meaningful conversations about the topic we often try to avoid in social settings? 

Join Senior Pride for our first informal discussion group for those ready to talk—and ask questions—about death or dying, otherwise known as a Death Café. We will even have cake for all to enjoy! 

A Death Café is a lightly guided space for exploration and discussion of death with no agendas, objectives, or themes. Talking about death often helps us make the most of our finite lives by increasing our awareness of death as an important part of our life cycle. When we acknowledge death, and even make peace with it, our mortal experiences and relationships become deeper, richer, and more enjoyable.
