Hampton Inn Tuscaloosa-University

My experience with the staff was more than amazing!! Professionalism were displayed from the moment I arrived until leaving. Especially Shanae, she assisted with my issue and made sure it was resolved with satisfaction!!! Her kindness and grace shown to my family and I will never be forgotten. She definitely went above and beyond for us. I also, appreciate Nesha and Mrs. Smith for their kindness and care as well! They aided in making sure our stay was truly a reward. Today, Customer service has diminish greatly. However, this staff has changed that narrative for me. Thanks again!!!!!

Near university, however was disappointed with the hotel. There is a strong mildew smell, the bathroom is outdated and was not cleaned properly. We were directly right nd t to the miniature golf place, music was so loud! Do not recommend this hotel.

Ms.Aireal the GM was warm and friendly, Mr.Q and Mr.Garret really took care of us, Ms.Shelicia did an outstanding job with our rooms and Breakfast was fantastic 👏. Our dog Mack was extremely happy with his stay as well!

Location is great. Easy to get to. Staff was great and easy to work with. Room was clean and nice.

Saw a few large cockroaches outside but thankfully none inside. Digital room key can be glitchy by the pool

This is definitely a 5 star hotel! The location is great, as it’s right next to Baumhower’s and Pop Stroke, two GREAT spots to just walk to after getting there and be able to have a good time without having to drive! The pool and the pool area was very nice & clean. The rooms were nice clean and welcoming. The staff was VERY polite and helpful, even made yummy warm cookies at night for guests! The breakfast was delicious and so great to get a great start to our morning! This is the place to go if you’re visiting Alabama campus, as it is just a VERY short drive away!!

Third time staying!

Met expectations. On past with other Hampton Inns that we've stayed at. Need aware that this is right next to Pop-Stroke Mini golf - a fun place to play, but the music is loud and can be heard in the hotel if you're on the side closest to the establishment.

Great hotel.

Our room was clean and cool. The lady that checked us in was friendly and clean. We lost power the morning we were checking out but they handled it very well. We would stay here again. Right beside the hotel is a putt putt place, the name escapes me at the moment but I highly recommend it.
