Hotel Indigo Winston-Salem Downtown

Good service and nice rooms. However, no smart tvs, limited room service options and no parking. Valet parking is extra $30/day.

I always have a great stay at hotel indigo. The rooms are always great and clean and comfortable. I love the style of every indigo I have been in. Just a really cool, comfortable retrofit of an existing structure and they do a killer job of getting it there. The food has always been amazing. I have only stayed in Philly and Winston-Salem. Had dinner a couple of times at the one that used to be in Needham mass. Had wonderful experiences every time. On my recent stay in Winston-Salem, my trip was no different. Just a great stay. I’m afraid I do not remember the name of the valet who took my car the evening before or the valet who got me my car the next morning. But they were both fantastic. So, maybe look up who is working The evening of the 22nd and who is working the morning of the 23rd. Those guys are great.

Great hotel with great service and the valet people were prompt and very helpful.

Always a welcome option, comfortable, well appointed rooms, solid service and great location.

The best was out valet team KEN AND SHANE they were friendly informative super helpful and quick service. Can’t say enough great things.
