Worst costumer service I had received I called and they give me different price on the phone and they made me drive an hour away and when I got there they doubled their price and when I asked for a manager she wouldn’t call him and telling me he’s busy and when I told her y did u guys double the price she was like the guy who answered still new and he doesn’t know I don’t know what I have to do about that it’s not my fault if he’s new wasted gas and and ez-pass at least $100

I had been a guest at several other hotels in the area, but this one has been my favorite so far. My room was very clean. I had a small fridge, a microwave, flat screen TV, huge bed, built in desk and a huge mirror above the bed with red lighting~~Very Romantic!! The front desk lady was very quick&efficient with check in. The cleaning staff were friendly and attentive to my needs, but not overly so. There were smoking and non~smoking rooms. There are vending machines and a coffee machine in the lobby for 50c. Thank you Yonkers~Gateway MoteL for the nice MemoriaL Day weekend get away!!! Patty

I've stayed overnight plenty of times and the rooms are a little small but besides that it's exactly what you pay for if you want a place to rest relax smoke have some adult fun then this place is perfect u pay 5 bucks for the remote but you get it back at checkout its $150 from 12 am to 11am and $20 an hour for any more time added. You Can't Go Wrong If It's Just For Fun.

24/7 hrs of security on property, cute rooms with adorable red LED lights, flat screen tv, rooms are $150.00 plus a $5.00 deposit and they accept CASH!! Very clean, staff are very polite and respectful. Feels very home-like and safe! Definitely worth the money and 100% recommend visiting!

I stayed there for 1night and this place has very bad reviews and no wonder why. This place is a dump. There is bedbugs in the room and the pillows are flat and the bedding has wholes in it. The towels are so old that they are falling apart. They only give you two little bars of soap. The front desk people are rude and the house keeping people are rude and nasty. They knock on the door just like the police. This stay was for my wedding proposal and it turned out to be the worst experience in a motel stay. I got bitten with bedbugs that I had to go the emergency room. I gave the bill to the emergency room and I had to sew them for the emergency room bill and the ambulance ride.
