Hotel Lo Mustang

We had a lovely experience at Hotel Lo mustang. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful and went above and beyond! The manager Ms Dipika was so responsive to all our queries and needs and she made us feel at home away from our home! We had the breakfast buffet, and dinner everyday of our stay there. Food was extremely fresh, tasty and wholesome! The hotel is very well situated and close to shopping areas! Absolutely safe with a security at the gate at all times. I would recommend this hotel any day!

Even before we arrived at KTM, the manager, Deepika called us to ensure a seamless start to our holiday by arranging an airport pickup. She then went out of her way to ensure that each day is filled with things that we would like to do by arranging all the sightseeing trips. All the staff at Lo Mustang were exceptional. Very polite and made us feel wanted. The staff at the the restaurant also were extremely nice. They provided us with extras all the time. The hotel is well located for an enthusiastic shopper, with all sorts of shops within the perimeter of the hotel. We loved our stay and would like to thank Deepika for making us feel like a family member.

My stay at Hotel Lo Mustang was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt incredibly lively and welcoming, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The facilities are truly top-notch—modern, clean, and designed for ultimate comfort. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the amazing staff. They went above and beyond to be super helpful, attending to every request with a genuine smile and local expertise that made my trip seamless. Big shout out to RAJ and DEEPIKA in the front desk who truly are a gem. If you’re looking for a blend of great energy and world-class hospitality in Kathmandu, this is the place to be!

We recently spent a thoroughly enjoyable 4 nights at Lo Mustang Hotel. The hotel is an absolute gem located in the heart of Thamel (just few mins walk to all the shops) but at the same time tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main street.The buffet breakfast provided in the mornings was delicious as were our dinner meals. The service provided by everyone at this hotel, all the way from the security guards to the restaurant staff was top class. They were all so incredibly welcoming and warm and a very special thanks to Ms. Deepika who went out of her way to make our stay so pleasant and memorable.

Hotel Lo Mustang is an absolute gem tucked away in the heart of bustling Kathmandu. From the moment I arrived, it felt like a peaceful paradise and the perfect place to come home to after a big day of sightseeing. The buffet breakfast was amazing. There was so much to choose from, including an egg bar and a fresh juice station where you can order exactly what you’d like. I also ate dinner in the restaurant a couple of times and the food and service were both incredible. The waiters took the time to ask about our day and genuinely cared that we were enjoying our stay, which made it feel so personal and welcoming. The rooms were sparkling clean and I loved how eco-conscious the hotel is. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered. Deepika was also wonderful to communicate with. She went above and beyond to find us an available room and made sure every part of our stay was perfect. The whole team truly made us feel at home. I’m already planning another trip to Kathmandu, and there’s no question I’ll be staying at Hotel Lo Mustang again. If you’re looking for a beautiful, comfortable and genuinely caring place to stay, this is the one. You won’t regret it.
