The bar tender was aggressive with all of us and literally pushed us REPLY: We told Tatsuhiro that we were going to use the toilet, and he said it was no problem. We were speaking with him at the time, and he was really friendly and polite. The problem was the other guy, who was evidently out of control. He started pushing us and even hit one of my friends. Even if using the toilet was against the bar’s rules, this could have been explained to us calmly and without resorting to violence. There is absolutely no justification for physically pushing or hitting customers over something that could have been resolved simply by talking. Worst bar and experience ever in whole Japan!!!

I stopped by for just one drink before the last train and the bill came to 1000 yen. Very cheap. It's spacious, so it can accommodate groups of around 10 people. If you like muscular, bear-type guys in Shinjuku 2-chome, this is the place. All the light bulbs are colored and dim, so it's age-friendly and doesn't show your age.

It was fun with so many attractive people!
