About this place BEAST TOKYO

BEAST TOKYO is a gay bar on the third floor of the Shinjuku Kado Building in Ni-chōme. It aims at bears, muscle guys and their admirers, and has a small dance floor with a DJ booth, plus darts and karaoke. Reports say it opened in 2024, with no entry charge on regular nights and themed parties on many weekends. We could not verify prices or hours, so check its X account before going. Ni-chōme bars tend to fill late, from about 10pm, and weekends are much busier than weekdays. Most venues are small and on upper floors, so look for the building name, not street-level signs.

Super fun gay bar with space to chill, sing karaoke or even dance if you want to. They host theme nights at times which are a lot of fun. Very friendly bartenders that include a few that speak English! Cannot recommend enough.

Spacious, indoor bar with nighttime view of the busy crossroad, karaoke and darts. Staff is friendly and there is plenty of seating for a night when you just wanna chill and catch up with friends in a close off space (especially when no one will host at their own home!)

Had a great time visiting beast with friends during my last vacation in Tokyo. Very handsome, friendly staff and fun atmosphere.

I went with my friends because I was nervous to go to the neon lights I could see from the window at first. Anyway, it's a lovely bar, and not only the good-looking staff but also the customers are all kind and friendly, so we talk at the counter and toast together and socialize a lot. You can also play karaoke and darts. If you are unsure like me, I would definitely recommend you to go there. Especially my friends who have become fans of East Tokyo and go there almost every week.
