It was so much fun participating in the special event, and I had a great time getting together with friends!

I participated in an event, so I didn't receive any service and therefore cannot rate it. The toilets are unisex, extremely crowded and difficult to use, and there are steps, so be careful. As for the drinks and food, it's not a place that specializes in those, so it's just average.

I felt a strong sense of unease regarding the way we were treated upon entering the store. Even though several people in the same situation as Tokyo Pride attendees were visiting, some were asked to rejoin the line because they "didn't have their registration wristbands." The criteria for handling this situation were unclear and felt extremely unfair. Furthermore, when we tried to check on the situation, a staff member at the entrance said, "You're in the way." Dissatisfied with the treatment, my companion and I left the store immediately. This is completely inappropriate behavior for a service industry. Even if there were procedural issues, it does not justify such language. I don't know if it was simply an operational error or an arbitrary treatment of specific attendees. However, it was certainly a treatment that anyone present could easily perceive as "discriminatory" and "exclusive." Precisely because this is a place that celebrates the LGBTQ+ community, I expect them to treat everyone fairly and respectfully.
