A nice place.

The atmosphere is unique but lacks popularity; there were few customers on Friday night, and the facilities were somewhat outdated. Overall, the experience was average, suitable for those who prefer quiet.

Disgustingly discriminatory policies. It's baffling that this is even legal. GROSS.

I visited Men's Club Meat on my last trip to Tokyo. I got there on foot since it was very close to my hotel in Shinjuku station area. It was thursday and just a few people were in there. I stayed for 40 minutes and left. Place had strong foot odor in the air.

A small and secluded retro space, four stories high yet fully equipped, with a large screen sofa and curtains creating a cozy atmosphere. From 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM on Friday, there were consistently fewer than five people, making it so quiet you could have the bathroom and locker all to yourself. The location is a bit unreliable; using Docomo and Google Maps might take you a little further. So few people that there's no queue; if you want a private experience, head over!

The website describes it as a place where men gather, but at 8 PM on a Saturday night there was only one person, and he was quite thin... It seems they don't have a policy of rejecting people who don't fit the atmosphere, like a certain B-class establishment. However, it seems like hardly anyone shows up, so if they started rejecting people, it would end up being completely empty, so I suppose they can't do that... I went with high expectations, but it was disappointing.
