Last night, I visited this hotel with my friends, expecting to have dinner there. Unfortunately, we were informed that the hotel does not have a kitchen and could not provide any food service. This was very disappointing, as one of the reasons we chose the hotel was to dine there. It is surprising that a hotel cannot offer food to its guests. We ended up having to look elsewhere for a meal. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and not what we expected from a hotel.

I would like to sincerely thank all the staff at Unwind Hotel for taking such great care of me every time I stay here. The hospitality and attention you show to your guests are truly exceptional. A special thank you to the receptionists, security guards, bartenders, chefs, assistants, and housekeeping staff. I especially appreciate the honesty and professionalism of the housekeeping team. On one occasion, I accidentally left my phone in my room, and it was promptly returned to me. That meant a lot and showed the integrity of your staff. I have been staying at this hotel for almost four years, and the service has always been excellent. The rooms are consistently clean, neat, and well-maintained. I would also like to thank the new Operations Manager, who has been very accommodating and welcoming. Because of the outstanding service and the genuine care shown by everyone on the team, I will definitely continue staying here. The staff always make me feel valued and well looked after. Thank you all for making every stay such a wonderful experience.
