Our sincere and heartfelt gratitude to the staff of UNWIND BOUTIQUE HOTEL Makati for taking such excellent care of us throughout our stay. And the food is excellent Special thanks to LOISHA, KEN, TYRON, MARK, CHEF JOHNRAY, CHEF LINDA, AND OPERATIONAL MANAGER J-rome its kindhearted handler for their compassion, dedication, and unwavering support. We deeply appreciate everything you have done for us and will always cherish your kindness and hospitality.

We stay at UNWND whenever we are in Manila. The Hotel is clean and well located. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Security guards out front 24/7 who are friendly and attentive. Thanks to Aicris who kept our room clean every day. Great breakfast management from Anthony. Front desk staff helped me book a room for next month when we will be here again - thanks Loisha. I would recommend UNWND if you are coming to Manila.

We tried two rooms and they were full of bedbugs. We ate at the restaurant when we arrived and got sick of it. The neighbourhood is far from safe. It is on the edge of Makati but not safe to walk in the street after dark. We could not sleep at this hotel because of the bedbugs and there was also a party going on till three in the night with loud music. So they told us that we for shore would have noice problems during the night. We stood there with sick, with a six year old in the late venting without hotel in a scary neighbourhood without hotel! Now more then two months and a ton of emails and WhatsApp’s later we are still waiting for the refund that was directly promised that night! Don’t go!!!

It was my first time going to this restaurant and it gave a positive impression for me. First the guards are nice, the place is beautiful, the interiors and bathroom are clean and aesthetic. Lastly the server who assisted us named Jessa was wonderful and sweet. Hopefully when I comeback, she can serve us again.

I had a very pleasant experience at the hotel, and the overall service was excellent. The staff were professional, friendly, and made sure that all guests felt welcome and comfortable. I would especially like to commend Aaron for his outstanding service. He was very attentive, approachable, and always ready to assist whenever needed. His positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference in my stay

Very cute hotel and absolutely lovely staff, thank you so much 🥰 They offer a free airport transfer, which is only 2 minutes away.
