Great hotel, excellent staff (helpful, attentive, and professional), restaurant worth a visit. Good beer! Thanks to the whole team, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Overall, a decent stay. The hotel is attractive and has some real advantages, particularly the terrace and parking, which are definitely a plus. I especially enjoyed being able to drink my cappuccino on the terrace in the morning. The staff was also friendly. The room is quite small: it does the job for one night, but you quickly feel a bit cramped. The soundproofing is average, as is often the case in this type of establishment. A few details could be improved: providing two bottles of water when there are two of you would be more sensible, and the quality of the towels is rather poor. An important positive point: the presence of a fire escape, which is always reassuring. Overall, a decent experience with a few areas for improvement.

I was very disappointed with my stay at the Best Western Lille Urban Hotel. Between the noisy neighbors who kept up until 1 a.m., the glue holding the baseboards and sticking to our clothes, the shower that leaked all over the bathroom after only two minutes, the dirty dishes in the hot drinks service upon arrival, and the unusable parking lot, my experience at the hotel was negative. My experience at the hotel was entirely negative.

Breakfast is also a real highlight, with a varied selection and high-quality products, a great way to start the day before exploring Lille or attending screenings. Finally, the service was impeccable throughout my stay, with constant attention paid to the guests. You can feel a genuine desire to do things well and make the experience enjoyable. The location is also a real plus: whether on foot or by car, everything is easily accessible, especially the city center and the festival venues, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
