I really liked the hostel (friendly administrator, clean, comfortable)..I recommend it)))

I came back to my favorite hostel again and was very disappointed not to see Yura, the administrator. It's like something's missing =) Everything's fine as always, but without Yura, it's not as nice here as with Yura. I've stayed at various hostels and hotels, and sometimes it's clear the administrator is right on point, so this is one of those times when the place is enhanced by the administrator. Hostel 10/10 Yura 10/10

There are a lot of cobwebs in the rooms, the door handle is not screwed on properly, the lighting is not very good and for some reason there was no soap in the toilet. As for everything else, everything is fine, there are a lot of dishes, a washing machine, a good administrator - he will tell you everything.

The hostel is in a very good location, everything is nearby. The rooms are clean, quiet, you can get a good night's sleep.

Of the pluses: For the entire time I was there (2 nights), the lights were turned off only once. But I wasn't in the hostel 24/7. We checked in at six in the morning, they calmly and pleasantly explained where everything was and where they were And in principle, the administrators are nice people. Two sockets by each bed (although sometimes they spark a little) Well, and the price. For 190 UAH/night, it might be normal Of the minuses - the feeling that I stopped at some squat for informals. Everywhere there are some improvised inscriptions, somewhere something is broken, somewhere something doesn't work, and somewhere in general there is mold and an unpleasant smell The shower head is broken and the water pressure is not as good as it should be, the other - the administrator said that it doesn't work at all. In one toilet, the mirror is broken, in the other the sink is too small for large taps, it is difficult to open so that the water doesn't spill on the floor. Both lack half a ceiling. The door handles everywhere are pretty beat up and worn out. Like the doors themselves. They're all just beaten up. And the kitchen door is literally beaten up. They have marks from either a fist or a head. All photos below The towels I was told to take from the windowsill were dirty. They were changed after I called. But damp. There were no completely dry ones. Why they can't be allocated for everyone and left on the bed is a mystery. Oh, yes. I had to contact the administrator by phone every time. So I called about 10 times on the first day. I'm sending a personal greeting to all introverts I left my things on the bed. Namely, my phone charger, napkins, my personal towel, and towels from the hostel. When I returned, there was nothing on the bed. I found the charger with napkins on the window, and the towel was taken by mistake. After my call and 10 minutes of searching, they returned it. As a bonus, it was clean😅. Although I wouldn't want my personal one to be washed with the common towels, to be honest. Their towels are all different colors, so, in principle, I'm not surprised that they took mine by mistake. I haven't encountered this before, the next day I just asked them not to clean my place There is no locker with a lock for everyone. There are about 8 of them for the entire hostel. And how many is the entire hostel? 50 people? It's dirty. Especially under the beds, where there are some random niches from lockers that are completely inappropriate in size. And some random things. I didn't dare to put my suitcase there. And there's mold there. I'm attaching a photo The whole view from the windows is on the wall. The hostel practically doesn't get any sun. And as a result, it's dark 24/7 and SOOOOOOOOO COLD. In the summer. When it's hot outside. I slept under THREE WARM BLANKETS. It's a real cold. I wasn't even that cold in the Carpathians, in a tent and in a sleeping bag. It's cramped and uncomfortable everywhere. And it's cold. Maybe for summer and for someone it's the norm - I still prefer a more comfortable temperature, rather than sleeping in the summer under 3 winter blankets. I'm a person who is generally not picky about conditions, because during my student years I spent the night in tents and hosted random people I met for the first time, booked hostels/hotels and lived in student dormitories for 8 years. However, this is currently the worst hostel I've ever stayed in. For me, this is quite unexpected, after so many positive reviews everywhere and a fairly high rating

Everything was at the highest level, convenient, clean, comfortable, great location and price and most importantly, there is everything you need for your stay.👍👍👍 The atmosphere is wonderful, the people are friendly. Separately, I want to thank the owner Tanya, because thanks to her care, understanding and individual approach to each visitor, after a few days of staying you feel at home. Finding such a kind, responsible person is very difficult. During your stay, you feel not only comfort, but also an excellent attitude towards yourself and your needs.
