Beautiful plant store. Very large selection of indoor and outdoor plants and pots with drainage.

I finally learned how to take care of plants about 6 years ago and have filled my home with tons of plants since then. All my plants come from Sprout (a few from friends). and they make me very happy. Sprout has a variety of plants that you can't find in other plant store. I recently bought a Jasmine plant from Sprout last weekend. It bloomed today and my home smells lovely. I love this place!

I'm relatively new to plant ownership and have thoroughly enjoyed visiting this store over the past year for everything from basic plant necessities to help and advice. Everything about this place is superb. Their pots are designed with plants in mind, which is not always the case elsewhere, as nearly all of them include saucers or drainage holes and are made from a variety of materials to suit each plant’s needs. Where this shop truly stands out is in its advice and assistance. To give a couple of examples, a moody peace lily and a half-dead jade were entrusted to me this year. Worried they might not survive, I brought them in, and both times several staff members immediately knew what the plants needed. In the case of the jade, they even performed an excellent repotting job. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff and the products they sell.

I have purchased 3 plants from this store, and 2 of them have died within DAYS of purchasing. For reference I have about 10 house plants that I’ve been caring for, for over 5 years. The first one I purchased had a fungus on it and it just slowly lost all of its leaves. I took it back and they tried to save it but were unable to (no refund or credit because as soon as you take it out of the store it’s out of their hands). Now this! I legit had it for 4 days. When I bought it, it had been thoroughly watered to the point of complete sogginess. I put it in moderate light, like the instructions recommended. After 4 days, 90% of the leaves have fallen off and most of them were rotted. The stalks are so soggy they have just broken off. The plant smells fishy and I have no idea why. I’m not even going to bother taking it back because they won’t do anything to help me. I’ve had more luck at Home Depot for half the price. Don’t bother with this place

Sooo.. Looking at reviews there are several one star reviews and I am going to be another .. Many mentions are of an unfriendly staff and that doesn’t even scratch the surface IMO. They were quite literally talking about playing rock paper scissors on who would help customers walking through the door because none of them wanted to interact or assist their customers. I wanted to buy a $500 plant and couldn’t of been an easier sale but the tall woman (who has been there for years ) somehow lost my sale because of her literal pompous attitude and lack of communication skills. It was as if we were solving a math equation instead of making a sale. Lady.. I just wanted to buy a plant and have it delivered to my home .. not guess what your process is and pull teeth to get a quote … that’s where you take the wheel and assist your customers ! Will never buy from them again. Would literally rather not have a plant then give them my business. There are plenty of other places to go. PS They also should remove their graffitied vans from the street taking up parking spots..

Really great collection of plants. Love the succulent varieties and definitely some unique plants that are hard to come by. Great vibe and calm atmosphere to get lost in as well as friendly and knowledgeable staff!
