I visited the bar during Detroit fireworks and Courtney was very helpful with recommendations around the downtown area and we loved her drinks! Her smoked old fashion was amazing. Everythgin was amazing. Thanks again

Rude front desk manager, should get some customer service training. Rooms were nice and clean. Pool closed for "regular maintenance" on the day of the detroit fireworks..
The reservation date was in error, and when we showed up they made no effort to correct the situation. The front desk staff was dismissive, and told us to call reservations to straighten it out. Wyndham could not find the reservation and made no effort to correct the situation. Frustrated we left. We ended up staying at the Foundation instead, who did go out of their way to help us out and make for an excellent weekend stay. We still got charged for a room we never used because of the messed up reservation. No notification was sent until A WEEK LATER, after we brought up the error.
I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, especially at Urban Cellars. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was great, and the service was outstanding. A special shoutout to Courtney behind the bar she makes some of the best drinks I’ve had! You can tell she takes pride in her craft, using fresh ingredients and paying attention to every detail. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re staying here or stopping by Urban Cellars, be sure to ask for Courtney. Highly recommend!
My suite was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. I stayed for the Detroit fireworks. The view was amazing. We was given waist bands and we enjoyed the view from the hotel front porch.
