I had an amazing time this my second time back , thanks to Rassam for helping me unloading all my stuff out the car and being patient with me and super nice. The staff was great , the best hotel I been too . 10/10

My stay at Fort Pontchartrain -a Wyndham Hotel was amazing. The staff were great, specifically Eugene who works in the valet department. Eugene was extremely helpful and friendly.

The Restaurant was a nice atmosphere & the food was amazing! And our waiter Quenzetta was amazing as well, we enjoyed everything !

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fee and Jazz are exceptional front desk representatives at the Fort Pontchartrain Detroit! They are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We attended a fishing trip & two concerts in Detroit over the past three weeks, and after the warm welcome we received from Fee during our first stay, we knew we had to come back. We love the hotel's unique architecture, especially the rooms with their large angled windows that offer great views and plenty of natural light. From the breakfast staff (including the amazing omelet chef!) to the valet team, everyone has been outstanding. We also greatly appreciate the military/veteran discount they offer. Excellent service, a beautiful hotel, and a wonderful experience all around. We'll definitely be back! 🇺🇸❤️
