DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! My rooms tiolet was giving off a sewage smell making the room so musty it was hard to breath. After my experience I had to come check out more reviews and many people had similar situations. If I wasnt 4 hours away from home at 3am just trying to sleep before leaving the next day I would have left in an instant. I tried asking front desk for a different room. Denied. I tried getting a refund. Denied. I even tried getting a written statement from them to give to hotels.com saying my stay was in fact unsatisfactory and they said I could call back when the manager was there. They still would not put me in contact after calling back. The room was small smelly and way too expensive. People that say they have good breakfast need to be studied. My high school offered the same items. No waffles. The staff was not kind while I was there. The day time front desk worker was a kind lady but there wasnt much she could do to help me. All in all I wasted money on an expensive hotel that I could have gone to a motel for similar outcomes for much cheaper. Everybody else that had a bad experience said they were very unhelpful and only looking to cover their butts and I completely agree spend your money somewhere well worth it NOT HERE!!!!

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The hotel played loud music in the lobby late into the night, and despite our complaints, staff did not take any meaningful action to address the issue. In addition, we could hear people talking, walking, and making noise outside our room throughout the night. The poor soundproofing and constant disturbances made it very difficult to sleep or relax. We could even hear noise in the elevators and common areas. We expected a comfortable and peaceful stay, but instead experienced a night of disruption. The lack of response from management only added to our frustration. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
