Loved the restaurant, great drinks comfortable rooms

One of the worst hotel stays ever! From the moment me and my partner got there i felt racist undertones/ micro aggressions! Like we were being watched hard. Also the food was meh. We spent over 600 dollrs for two nights and were asked to leave because a argument that we eventually calmed down from after patrons complained ( it lasted only 5 minutes). Then the following morning after spending almost 200 dollars on food and drinks were asked to leave and were not reimbursed fir the day we didnt get to enjoy! I complained to my bank because me trying to talk with them and send emails got me nowhere. They dont even repsond to emails in a reasonable time. I see why you guys have low ratings.

Great place an a excellent restaurant attached to it

I was surprised when arriving how dirty the outside of the hotel was, but when entering it was a bit better and appreciated the call when we got to our room to see if we needed anything. From there down hill. WiFi connection crap, coffee pot not working and after 3 calls to please service our room nothing. I could not get clean towels to save my life. Would never recommend!!

Would never stay at this hotel again me and my family booked one of the suites for 1 day and woke up to a bed bug next to me. Called the front desk to make them aware and they basically went around it saying they needed to confirm what kind of bug it is like we were lying and told my sister to stay in contact . Staff very nasty attitude I WILLL NOT COME BACK

Beautiful Gem in Yonkers

Just had my son’s College Graduation & 21st Birthday surprise party May 16th 2026. The place is beautiful not much decorations needed. The food was delicious, I had the premium drinks package it was great. Kayla Hammadi the banquets & event manager was absolutely amazing. Everything was taken care of and all was exactly how I wanted it. My son, family & friends had an amazing time.

we worked with the hotel as a venue for my mother's 65th birthday celebration and had a blast! the venue was clean, fit our theme perfectly, and the staff were all friendly. on top of being very affordable for the size of our event, they also gave her a complimentary room for the night of the party! our event manager Kayla was EXTREMELY accommodating from the moment we started planning, up until the very end of our event. she was so patient with us when it came to last minute menu & guest changes, and made our night a success - so much so that we were able to take a step back and actually enjoy the party with my mother, who had an unforgettable birthday! i can't express how thankful i am to have had Kayla's help, because we wouldn't have been able to make it through the night without her. will definitely be recommending this venue to friends and family!

I was invited to an event and came a little late. Upon entering the venue, my friends waved me to join them at their table and so I did. My friends - who also had booked her party there in the past made secured my chair. Dinner came and I didn’t have my silverware so I went to ask one of the waitresses nicely. I noticed she referred me to another waitress whom I found out was the matron d’ who insisted the settings are on the table. But I said it is not explained to her that I was just joining my friends. In an aggressive tone mind you and she insisted to follow me to our table to prove. She interrogated us about who got the extra chair and my friend who just spent money for her own event replied she did it for me. The woman whose name is Kayla then started talking to us with a tone and very rude. Like as if we committed a crime. Somebody else then brought the set for us. I would have just left as I was so embarrassed. But it was my friends ever I as invited for so I decided to stay. But I will never forget nor ever come back to this place ever again. I have attended many events in my life but never experienced such treatment from staff. I was embarrassed and humiliated and treated poorly by this supposed manager Kayla just because I decided to join my friends table and asked for silverware so I could eat. Kayla as the manager or matron d’ or whoever she is, should have made sure guests are attended to and provided for so they could enjoy the even but instead she herself was the one to harass their guests. How sadly pathetic id that ??? The food is ok for someone who is hungry and service is pitiful and rude. Will never ever come back to this place ever again fo anything. These people should learn the fact that customers are always right and you should leave your attitude or problem at home !!!! Your job is to treat your guest well and make sure they are happy and spread the good word about your place. Instead you have to treat people with your rudeness out of nothing !!! Very unacceptable for a business indeed !!!!!
