Residence Inn by Marriott New Rochelle
Visitors appreciate the hotel's excellent location with many restaurants within walking distance and the clean, spacious rooms equipped for longer stays. However, common complaints include disappointing breakfast options, particularly for those with dietary restrictions, and issues with room cleanliness and maintenance. Some guests also noted noise from street-facing rooms and a dry pool.

⭐️⭐️☆☆☆ The biggest disappointment during our stay was the breakfast. It is surprising that in this day and age a hotel still offers virtually no options for guests with celiac disease or those requiring a gluten-free diet. What is even more disappointing is that after four consecutive days of raising this issue with the hotel staff, nothing has changed. There has been no apparent effort to provide alternatives, no follow-up, and no attempt to accommodate a very common dietary requirement. The breakfast selection is extremely limited, lacks variety, and offers almost nothing for gluten-free guests. For a hotel of this category, this level of service is simply not acceptable. We are not asking for an extensive special menu, only for basic gluten-free options and a willingness to respond when guests repeatedly raise a legitimate concern. Unfortunately, neither was provided during our stay
Wouldn’t waste my money here.
Just a one night stay.,Hotel room was nice and set up for longer stays. Regular Fridge, coffee maker, separate couch TV sitting area. Very helpful and pleasant front desk staff., breakfast was ok but not as good as some other Residence Inn’s I’ve been to. Parking is not free - it’s a “city” based hotel so it’s understandable.
It is nicel if you are looking for an extended stay hotel. Many places to eat in walking distance. The grocery store is 5 minutes away and has good selection of things. The only downfall is if your room is on the streets side it can be noisy. Ask for a quiet side room. Oh yeah the pool is dry as the desert. Kids will be disappointed.
