Reel Affirmations — ЛГБТК+-кинофестиваль Вашингтона, один из старейших квир-кинофестивалей США, основанный в 1991 году. Фестиваль показывает ЛГБТК+-полнометражки, документалистику и короткий метр со всего мира на многодневной программе в октябре на площадках Вашингтона. Reel Affirmations занимает специфическое место в культурном календаре столицы: октябрьские сроки, политический характер города и тридцатилетняя история придают ему вес устоявшегося культурного института, а не бутиковой программной инициативы. В прошлые годы показывали фильмы из десятков стран, проходили Q&A с режиссёрами, работающими в разных регистрах квир-кино.
