A Wonderful Experience Worth Returning For What immediately stood out was how welcoming the atmosphere felt. Guests were free to take pictures and have get-togethers, which made the space feel genuinely celebratory. The staff were attentive and warm, often stepping in to help before we even asked, and getting their attention was never a challenge. We visited as a group of five. Our attendant was thoughtful enough to take our order in stages, serving an item we requested early while continuing to take the rest of our main orders. A small detail, but it showed real consideration. The wait time for food was also reasonable, which made the overall experience even better. After our meal, a staff member came around for feedback. I mentioned, a little hesitantly, that the fries and Chapman were lovely, but that I believed I had been served the wrong pasta. I received a creamy pasta, and I couldn't enjoy it or take it away due to dietary reasons. Within minutes, who I assumed was one of the owners came over, apologised sincerely, and offered to replace the meal (both meals at no charge). I asked for it to be packed to go since we were already wrapping up, and without any fuss, they made it happen. That kind of service recovery is what impresses me. To top it all off, we were given two ice cream cakes while we waited. When we mentioned that we came to celebrate a friend, the second cake arrived with sparklers, a lovely, unexpected touch that warmed the entire table. The cake itself was absolutely delicious. When I got home, I opened the bag and loved how the meal was packed. And when they say seafood pasta, they mean it. It was packed, and the portion was good. I am already looking forward to coming back and exploring more of the menu. Thank you for hosting us so beautifully and making it a truly memorable evening.
