Visitors frequently praise the hotel's very convenient location, just a short walk from the train station, and its clean, modern design, especially the chic lobby and lounge areas. However, some guests found the rooms to be a bit small, with limited space for luggage despite the efficient layout.

Business trip to Tokyo was exhausting, so I tried the in-room service at Qingya Pavilion. The girl came directly to my room, there were no strange charges, the service was incredibly attentive, and the privacy was perfect. Even though I don't speak Japanese, it went smoothly. I slept right after! Highly recommended! TG @meiyou06 #Osaka #Tokyo #JapanIn-roomService #Osaka #JapaneseBubbleBath #OsakaCulture #Tokyo #TokyoIn-roomService #JapanAffairs

I'm writing this here because the store blocked my calls. Yesterday, I forgot my important earrings. I called immediately after checking out, but they said they weren't there. I definitely left both of them together on the hotel desk. I didn't dirty the room, so there's absolutely no way they could be missing. They're very important to me, so I asked them to check with the cleaning staff. They said, "Every time a customer contacts us, we call the cleaning staff over and over again. We have a record of the calls." I couldn't believe them, so I asked to see the call history. They said, "Come to the store and we'll show you," but I was too scared to go. They also said, "If you bring a document from the police, we'll show you the call history." Okay. Until then, please keep screenshots or photos of all the call history with the cleaning staff. It's impossible that the earrings I left in such an obvious place are missing. Every time I called, they contacted the cleaning staff multiple times to check and search for them. The receptionist's story is only credible because of the call history. When I told them this, I was told, "Only a supervisor can make that decision." I asked, "Then please check with your supervisor. Can't you even take a picture of the call history?" I was told, "The person in charge never comes, and we can't get in touch with them, so it's impossible." I was told, "We absolutely cannot keep a record of the history! We don't even keep photographic records!" As I pressed further, they said it wasn't a phone call, but an intercom call. "Correction: There is no record," they said. Then what did they expect me to show them after coming to the store? What was the evidence they said they could show to the police? When I called the first time, I was told the staff member who cleaned the area had already gone home. They also said they contacted the staff member several times after returning home, but the staff member said they didn't have anything. If they checked with the staff member who had gone home, there should be a call history, not just an intercom call. They said they actually asked the staff member who cleaned the area, but there was nothing. However, as I continued the conversation, it became clear that the staff member had already left. They said that every time a customer contacted them, they asked that person multiple times, but they said they didn't know. However, they keep changing their story about whether that staff member is even there or not. How did they ask the staff member who had already left? Why isn't there a call history? They checked repeatedly, both on the intercom and over the phone, every time I called! Their story is all over the place. It's definitely a lie that they asked the cleaning staff multiple times. Finally, they said, "All the cleaning staff are foreigners." So what? ??? ??? Their story keeps changing, and I can't trust anything they say. Please return my earrings quickly. I will delete this post once I get them back. I have filed a report with the police station, so I will pick them up at the nearest police station, the store, or anywhere else. The receptionist's attitude was terrible. They also charged me 2700 yen for the 30-minute extension, not 1950 yen. The room is very small. —Thank you for your reply. - I don't recall returning to the hotel to check it myself. I had left the scene, so I simply left it to the cleaning staff. - I didn't make any remarks that cornered them. The woman at the reception was furious, and as other reviews have mentioned, they have a bad attitude. I'm not some weak woman. - So it was discarded after all. I understand. Since it seems they have no intention of returning it, that's fine.

It's cramped, the bathroom is a three-piece unit, and the slippers are cheap, disposable ones. I'll never stay there again.

They have cheap rooms, but the toilet and bathroom are combined like in a business hotel. That's unacceptable. Also, even though rooms are available when you select them on the panel, when you ask the lady at the reception, she says there's a 20-30 minute wait, which is strange. They still use the old-fashioned system where you pay a person at the front desk.

The room is small

We had 61 rooms. As a love hotel, it was the smallest I've ever stayed in. The ceiling was low, so it felt like a spacious private room in a manga cafe. We stayed as a couple, but honestly, I wouldn't stay there alone either. The floors and walls didn't look very clean. It cost about 9,800 yen per night, but it wasn't worth the price.

I made a reservation through Couples, but the front desk replied angrily, "I thought it was supposed to be 30 minutes later?" I showed them the reservation screen and they reluctantly said, "Please wait a moment." At this point, I knew it wasn't going to happen. I then headed to my room. Not only was it a hotel room, it was dirtier than any room I'd ever seen. There was dust everywhere and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all. There were also several long hairs in the bathroom. I regretted not booking a business hotel since I was staying overnight. The worst hotel ever
