Among the three bars we patronized in Beomil-dong, Busan’s gay district, on a Friday night, this one was the most polished and easily the most popular. I’m sure much of the credit goes to the longtime owner, TJ, whose friendly demeanor extended to all his customers, whether they were native or foreign. He was also the only bar owner with a big screen TV…TJ and his regulars appeared to be obsessed soccer fans. His KRW 10,000 espresso martinis were smooth and potent. Make this a definite stop on your Beomil-dong tour.
