Hôtel Leopold Oteli

I have made a reservation via Expendia and unfortunately I had to cancel, I contacted via phone the hotel but they did not respond. Apparently they have a non-refund policy, and most likely are connected with Expendia. I entered the link available on Google Maps while searching for a hotel in Brussels and Expendia site linked me to Leopold Hotel in Bruges! I agree I was not paying attention, but still! very poor communication!

Very disappointed... no working TV, empty kitchen, no soundproofing, creaking floorboards, uncomfortable bedding, overflowing toilet, and the staff were nowhere to be seen, leaving us without any help. In short, we absolutely do not recommend it.

Nice rooms. Very noisy though. Breakfast is good, but you can't choose your own breakfast.

Good hotel for short stay

It's a shame we can't give zero stars, because frankly, I don't recommend it. The power outlet was broken, the TV didn't have a remote, and the TV outlet didn't work. It's not a bed, it's a trampoline. You pay the price expecting something decent, but in the end, the hotel is shabby. The photos are misleading. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

In the center of town, on a quiet cul-de-sac. Small room, no working electrical outlets. No remote control to turn on the TV. No one at reception; you have to go to another hotel to get your room key. Unfriendly staff. Old and steep staircase. No coffee maker or kettle, no tea bags or water. For the price of the room, there were no small gestures towards the customer. Uncomfortable bedding. Overpriced breakfast: €20 or €28 per person.

We learned on the morning of our arrival that there was construction going on. It was a real construction site, with dust and a bit of noise. It would have been honest to inform us at the time of booking and to lower the price given the inconvenience. We would not recommend this host.

The hotel was a building site and noisy. Breakfast was supposed to be included and was not. Stairs extremely small and thus difficult to move baggage.

Beautifully located hotel in the heart of Bruges! A 1-minute walk from a parking garage and all the restaurants and bars. The rooms are small and not very well maintained, but a renovation is currently underway. Perhaps it will improve?? Otherwise, the hotel is adequate, and there is also a hostel around the corner where you can get free coffee and tea until 11:00 PM.

i knew to owner for a bad calcule about my arrive to brugge's around 3 a.m. all comerce was closed, and then see the bar of leopold with light's, finally take two room and did can sleep take easy with my family. the owner was friendly and help me in everything. the room have a recently renovation and the quality is superior , all equipment working, and the bed's are the best . i recommend for ever to hotel /restaurant leopold.
