Martin's Brugge Oteli

It's central in bruges it was very clean the dealing we had with the staff they are nice.

All the walls were made of plywood. Every time someone in the room above walked, the boards creaked loudly! Someone was walking above us all night, and we couldn't sleep at all. The room they gave us was also very small. There was no water provided in the rooms. They told us to drink tap water. Apart from its location, this was a poor hotel.

The location is perfect but at the same time brugge is small city so everywhere is almost close by foot. Room was clean but too small. We stayed one night, so it was okey but i dont wanna stay more than one night. Thank u.

The hotel has a pleasant lobby with several nice spaces, however, the room where we stayed disappointed us. Nevertheless, the receptionists were very attentive and helpful.

We stayed in the attic room, bit small but clean, lovely breakfast, friendly staff, great location, parking was easy in the underground carpark.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my interaction with Susana at Martin’s Brugge was disappointing and left me feeling unwelcome and unfairly treated. While Bruges itself is a beautiful city and the hotel has a great location, the behavior and attitude displayed during my interaction were unprofessional and came across as discriminatory. Hospitality should be built on respect, fairness, and professionalism toward all guests, regardless of background. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. A hotel’s reputation is shaped not only by its rooms and location, but by how guests are treated. I hope management takes concerns like this seriously and ensures better customer service training and accountability moving forward.
