Great location; the public underground parking garage (€17.90 per day) is just a 4-minute walk away and is excellent. Breakfast was too expensive for us at €22 per person; there's a great café just a 4-minute walk away on the square to the left as you leave the hotel.

Fabulous location. Unfortunately it is poorly run and an expensive stay. The card in the room gave wifi access details that were incorrect. No tea or coffee facilities in the room, so early morning coffee by Starbucks machine in lobby at great expense. My room not serviced until late afternoon which was nap time after golf. Breakfast doesnt start until 8 at weekends, not good when golf tee at 9. They gave us a bag with breakfast in, small container of jam, a bread roll, a pear and orange juice. Very poor as they sell breakfast at 22 euro. Also 35 euro a night parking. Come away feeling fleeced for every available euro. When we booked we were told no standard rooms left, only superior rooms available. You could have fooled me, very standard rooms. On the plus side the shower was good.

Great hotel for a city trip. Despite the crowds, particularly at breakfast, everything is well taken care of and constantly replenished. The staff is also very friendly.

The location is close to Belford and other attractions, and also very close to the riverbank. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and there's a convenient little Starbucks corner.

The staff and location is great for the hotel. Its right next to the bell tower so if someone wants to be in the centrum area can easily so. The room was below average with torn curtains and bathroom not properly cleaned.
