Bu yer hakkında Racines

Racines is a restaurant on Rue Georges Bonnac, west of Bordeaux's city centre near the Gambetta and Mériadeck areas. It is a mainstream gay-friendly place, not a gay venue. It sits in the upper-mid price tier, and Google reviewers rate it 4.7 from nearly 1,900 reviews, which is a strong score at that volume. No opening hours are on file. With that many reviews it is clearly busy, so book for dinner, especially at weekends.

★★★☆☆

The location and service were impeccable; we had a lovely time in this cozy restaurant. However, we were very disappointed with the food. Taste-wise, it was nothing exceptional; it was good, but rather basic in terms of flavor, and none of the dishes lived up to the promise of their descriptions... a shame.

Decent food and a good wine list.

Very good food and reasonable prices. I chose a 4 course menu with two main dishes and 3 wine pairings. I let the waitstaff choose for me, and had both fish and meat as main courses.
