Nice personnel, good price, a tiny rat problem maybe

Very clean and friendly service. Top!

The hotel is quite dated. The room is very small. There isn't even a chair or stool to put your clothes on. The refrigerator is so old it doesn't actually cool. If they were to buy a new one, they'd have to put it on a shelf to free up some storage space. There's only one bedside lamp by the double bed, and that one was broken. The staff were very friendly upon arrival. However, since there wasn't staff present the entire time, we only saw someone on the first day of our two-night stay. We certainly won't be staying there again.

I spent one night here. I received a very friendly and warm welcome. The room was quite clean, spacious enough, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom could use a renovation, but it was still perfectly usable. It's very close to Spandau train station (a 10-minute walk).

We stayed here before a week ago with my wife, The rooms was clean and hygienic. The staff was so smart and helpful. That’s my idea don’t see the bad comments. Thank u for all

The rooms are perfectly fine. The bathroom with shower is very small, but it's adequate for a short stay. The hotel is really very clean! It's a 5-minute walk to Spandau train station. There's a small bakery/café nearby called "Die Leckerei" that serves a fantastic breakfast at an unbeatable price. It's a great place to stay for a concert in Berlin.

I was just there this week and was pleasantly surprised. Everything was clean, the bed was great, and the staff was friendly. I'll definitely come back whenever I'm in Berlin.
