Capsis Astoria Heraklion

Located right across the street from the Heraklion Archeology Museum. It is across from a major bus stop and the hop on hop off stops as well. Staff were great. Elevators are really small but that is common for all of Crete. Breakfast in the morning price is steep but it is very good. A decent selection of items. Something for everyone. Hot items, fruit, cereals, and variouscold cuts, cheeses, and breads. A small convenience store next door. Be aware that the bus does attract quite a bit of people near the front entrance of the hotel and it can be daunting but everyone is nice in Heraklion. We had no issues. A beautiful hotel for the area.

Very convenient location. Staff is very polite and helpful. They even accommodate allergies. Generous breakfast buffet. Rooftop swimming pool and bar with an amazing view.

We used the hotel's conference center for our event a while ago... I must say that the service was impeccable! The staff was always available! Many congratulations to Mr. Tzedakis and Mrs. Panteri! Sincerely a big thank you...

I had a wonderful stay at The Capsis Astoria! The service and staff were excellent! Everyone was friendly and accommodating (the front desk, restaurants and cleaning crew) Always greeted with a smile. Rooms were cleaned daily. Rooftop terrace has a glorious 360° view of Heraklion. I would definitely stay here again.
