Hotel San Marino Idesign

A very nice hotel, with a pleasant panoramic view, less of a sea view but still pleasant. As soon as you enter the room, you immediately notice how clean it is and how nice it smells. Everything is tidy and well-maintained. The room is equipped with everything you need for a shower. Comfortable spaces and a quiet atmosphere. The reception was helpful and ready to provide information. Breakfast was good, with a decent selection, although not very extensive. The location is strategic: convenient for both reaching San Marino (an 8-minute drive to the historic center) and for visiting the surrounding area. The price is reasonable for the service offered. Overall, a positive experience; I would stay here again.

The staff was friendly. The coffee, personally prepared by a male staff member during breakfast, was delicious. The view of San Marino from the fifth-floor rooftop was beautiful. The room was a bit cold. The bathroom glass door was broken and wouldn't close.

As soon as we arrived, I could already smell the hotel's lack of attention. Once I entered the room, all my doubts were cleared: mold and limescale in the bathroom, no outlets near the bed. Very superficial cleaning, hair scattered here and there. The room had zero soundproofing; during the night, it felt like we were in a public square due to the noise and doors opening. The breakfast was poor. The only positives were the hot tub and the friendly staff. I've stayed in 2-star hotels that were much more comfortable, clean, and tidy than this one. A 4-star hotel, so to speak. Not recommended.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The owner and staff are super kind, always smiling and helpful. They gave us a complimentary room with a whirlpool tub, which was a truly lovely gesture to start the New Year off right. The rooms are all clean, and the property offers every amenity. The room is elegant and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is generous, including gluten-free and vegan options. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the center, making it convenient for getting around. There's also free parking in front of the hotel.

The owner was incredibly kind! He gave us a complimentary room with a whirlpool tub at no extra cost. The room was spotless and equipped with every comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable. For breakfast, we had a wide selection of sweet and savory options, including vegan and gluten-free options. The staff were polite and always smiling. A place you'd never want to leave. It is a good hotel but the rooms and the breakfast are not so good. The staff was amazing and friendly all the time. The toilets are in a “glass box” that you have zero privacy, just hidden by almost transparent curtains… I travelled with friends, so it was really uncomfortable to use the room facilities. The breakfast has not much options and the food served would be a 2/5. The location js really good.

i had a very nice experience staying in this beautiful hotel, the hotel has unique antique collections of motor bikes, nice interiors, tasty breakfast and most of all thank you very much for the hospitality and super friendly from Mr. Francesco.

I can not rate this highly enough. The owner is literally the nicest man you will EVER meet. He went above to solve a problem for us and i can not thank him enough. You will not be disappointed here, it is a beautiful area and the hotel has comfy beds and fantastic staff.

Just one thing: bring a chair and an extension cord.
