Gay Center, Roma'nın önemli LGBTQ+ merkezlerinden biridir ve Testaccio'da Via Nicola Zabaglia 14 adresinde bulunmaktadır. 2005 yılında kurulan bu merkez, birçok derneği tek çatı altında barındıran bir şemsiye görevi görür ve ulusal Gay Help Line (800 713 713) adlı ücretsiz bir homofobi ve transfobi karşıtı destek hattını işletir. Merkez ayrıca, aileleri tarafından reddedilen gençler için barınma programı olan Refuge LGBT'yi ve kültürel, sosyal ve sağlık etkinliklerini koordine eder. Arcigay Roma ile aynı adresi paylaşmaktadır.

I went there today to request asylum as an LGBT refugee. The rude employee instead started giving me the numbers of alternative associations I hadn't asked for. I asked her, "Do you guarantee they'll help me there?" She said, "No." If I came to you in person, why do I need the numbers of organizations that have nothing to do with you? Basically, it was a waste of time; no help. I could have found the numbers and addresses of other similar organizations online. I don't need to come to you for that.
