Hotel Aquarium

The hotel's location is very convenient – ​​right in the Crocus Expo building. That's where the positives end. As soon as you walk into the hallway, you realize you shouldn't expect anything good from this hotel. The carpeting is dirty everywhere, and the room is filthy! For 20,000 rubles a night, this is unacceptable! The room was cold, and they brought a dented heater. But it didn't help; I had to sleep in my clothes! It was a terrible experience staying at a hotel during an exhibition! I don't recommend staying at this hotel!

The reviews were a bit scary, so we booked a superior room with a view of the Moscow River. The room was spacious and bright. Everything was clean. The bathroom was surprising (the shower and bathtub are in the same bathroom, but the shower and bathtub are separate). Regarding the soundproofing (you can hear someone passing by from the hallway), but we slept wonderfully. Perhaps the neighboring rooms were empty. The room includes slippers, a full set of toiletries, and a dental kit. Everything is excellent. There's a tea and coffee set, a kettle, and bottled water. There's a safe in the room. Breakfast is included, and I found it very tasty. The waiters cleaned everything up quickly. In general, you shouldn't always rely on reviews; sometimes it's better to check in person. For those coming to Crocus for work, it's ideal! Those who write "dormitory"—maybe they booked the cheapest room in the hotel? I don't know. I can't say. Ours on the 4th floor is excellent. I think we had 422.

Its a fine hotel. Its nearby the exhibition, very convenient, and the room, yeah its not so fancy, not so very nice as you are expecting but hey, its not that bad to be honest.

Horrible. I'm shocked that this could happen. Three stars? The floors are chipped and cracked, and there's no place to hang the shower head or towel in the shower, no shelf to put shampoo, etc. The air conditioner is old, doesn't cool, and only smells like old socks. The blankets smell like sanitation. And the worst thing is the cockroaches! Horrible! The photo shows the towel they brought us.

The dorm is really big, as is the local restaurant. It's more of a pub than a restaurant. There's soap and other amenities in the rooms. Try using some. It won't rip the packaging.

We stayed at the hotel from December 31, 2024, to January 1, 2025. We were checked into a double room on the second floor. The room was dirty, the plumbing was terrible, and I was afraid to even turn on the hairdryer. They took our passports because they were checking in a group and there was no time to enter our information. There was no soundproofing; we could hear our neighbors talking and walking in the hallway. For the price, we felt like we were in a dorm. The only saving grace was the breakfast. The buffet was varied and delicious. My first and last time at this hotel!

The room is small, the window overlooks some kind of warehouse and doesn't open. The air conditioning doesn't work, making it very stuffy. The carpet is stained, which is unpleasant. The bathroom isn't exactly spotless either – there's mold in the shower stall. The towels are clean and toiletries are provided, but you have to ask for a robe at reception. The dining room/restaurant. Breakfast is decent, although the coffee is frankly bad. The food arrives quickly, which is good, but you have to check the bill – they wanted to charge us for two portions instead of one. The good thing is the location, for sure. And one more thing: the soundproofing. Sports games and competitions are taking place near the hotel. While they're going on, it's impossible to sleep.

Special thanks and praise to the hotel chefs. You can eat in peace. Everything is delicious, fast, the portions are huge, the cuisine is varied, and the prices are affordable. The dishes are just like in the picture 👍Well done 🔥🔥🔥. I wish people worked in decent conditions.

We stayed at the Aquarium Hotel for a short time. We liked everything. For a 3-star hotel, everything was very decent. The room was clean and provided with everything needed for guests. The luxurious bathroom has a shower, bathtub, and hairdryer. The room also includes an ironing board, iron, safe, kettle, glasses, cups, and coffee and tea sets. The beds were comfortable. I especially want to thank the staff; they were responsive, attentive, and welcoming. The breakfast was very good, with a varied menu. We also enjoyed the lunch; the cooks were excellent. Everything was clean and polite. Complimentary tea, cakes, and fruit were provided. We highly recommend staying there. We give it a high rating. Thank you for your hospitality. Veliky Novgorod.

The soundproofing in the rooms was terrible. Or rather, nonexistent. We spent the night listening to our neighbors playing music upstairs. Calls to reception didn't help.
