Hotel Gran Oasis Resort l Tenerife Resort Hotel

We had a lovely holiday and a nice time at this hotel. The apartments are very spacious and included everything that we needed. I would however suggest more comfortable beds as we found them quite uncomfortable and not supportive. The staff are friendly and attentive, especially our cleaner Isobel who greated us most mornings and did a great job. The pools are nice and the daytime entertainment for the kids is good. My son had a great time trying to get a certificate. The bus service to Sian park and the beach is a great service and we used both. The hotel grounds and plants are very nice. Only other feedback would be to maybe have pancakes in the restaurant located in another area as it creates quite a bottleneck queue for everyone including people that don't want pancakes. The chairs outside in the restaurant are also too noisy when they are moved and it's quite distracting.

We had a wonderful weekend. The service from all the staff was impeccable, especially Melany, a very attentive waitress who was always willing to help. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The only downside I noticed was the sunbeds, which were already reserved with towels by 8:00 am. According to the hotel rules, this isn't allowed, but they don't enforce it. Despite that, we were very happy with everything else.

Will deffinatley be coming back perfect resort and you definitely get value for money with all inclusive highly recommend

This is the second time we've come back to the Gran Oasis resort in Tenerife and we're pleased to see that although it has retained its family friendly feel they have also carried out improvements to the resort overall. To begin with I know the location won't be to everyone's taste but it's a lovely option to retreat to after a busy day. You are only a 10 min taxi ride to most things in the area ( Playa de las Americas, Los Cristiano's and the Water park) which costs around €10 in a local taxi. The resort itself is very clean with lovely staff who are always happy to help. There are 3 pool areas and splash park catering for small children and adults alike. Although we've been to hotels with larger buffets set over multiple restaurants for the price point the food is really nice with themed nights each day. They have been great with my wife's coaliac condition providing gluten free options for her every day. If you're still hungry throughout the day but don't want to go into the restaurant they have improved the snack bar where you can find a variety of savoury and sweet options. Loads of options for drinks too on the all inclusive package and never big queues either for food or drink. The hotel rooms are unique in that they're set over 2 floors which is a nice way to separate out living conditions for multiple people. The rooms are looking a bit dated however they are comfortable and clean for the amount of time you're actually staying in them. Let's mention sunbeds as that's always a divisive conversation but I have to say we never waited for them and they always seem to be avaible even if youre not going to the pool until lunchtime. Entertainment is provided every night through different themes from magic shows to quiz nights so there's always something to do. Overall I would highly recommend this to families and this is our second time here having loved it so much previously and you'll find it has a nice personal touch that certain resorts lack.

It was our destination for 7 days! 2 kids- 5 years old and a one year old- the food was great - diferent everyday- both of our kids enjoy the meals! Very clean room- they clean it everysingle day! Our toddler have so much fun with Joshua- our spanish romanian guy!!
