The room did not match the photos, it reeked of damp, it was tiny and the bathroom left much to be desired; the bathroom door had a coaster instead of a handle.

Overall a good experience, in terms you get what you pay for. I had the single room with shared bathroom. Pros: The staff is friendly, and let me check in a bit earlier because I was feeling so bad The location Overall it's clean, also the common spaces The common kitchen can be used during the day There is a fridge,2 fans and an ac in the room Con: Detail cleanliness was so so. I had what looked like old chili pieces in my room. The ac and the fridge are soooo loud! You can hear all of you neighbours at all times The decor is of course a matter of taste, but omg it's ugly...

The receptionist's service and treatment were appalling. Her handling of an incident that occurred accidentally was incompetent and incomprehensible. It seemed like she was just trying to collect money. She offered neither helpful service nor any intention of providing a solution.

Yes and no! I really liked the friendliness of the staff; they were excellent. I also liked the price and location, but there are some things that are very wrong, and that's unacceptable. It's unacceptable that the blinds didn't work and the windows didn't close properly. Of course, because of that problem, I slept poorly every night because the noise of the cars woke me up, and you're supposed to come here to rest, but it's the complete opposite. The second issue can be fixed because I did it myself, but it's unacceptable that the bed had hair from the previous guest and that the room was dusty and dirty—the coffee maker, the table, the other items, and the wardrobe. I'm allergic to dust, and I had to clean it, and the wardrobe too, because otherwise it was disgusting to store clothes. The room had a musty smell, and the bathroom had a horrible smell, and it was like that every day. But the worst thing of all was the mattress. I have a bad back, and that mattress ruined it. A terrible vacation! I know it's a 2-star hotel, but at least a decent mattress is expected, since you come here to rest. The cleanliness is also very serious, and from what I can see, it's not the first time. So they should investigate what the cleaning staff actually do because they don't clean the entire room, and the hair is awful—disgusting!

Superb hostel, very well located, close to the center and the metro – an ideal spot. The staff at reception are lovely and attentive. Breakfast is very good, simple, and efficient. The rooms and showers are clean.

This place is ok. It gives high end hostel. But no elevator so no wheel chairs. Cus its only stairs to get up to rooms from lobby. It an ok place. I expected more for the price. There is a soccer feild across street. So you can hear the kids. They also were doing some kinda contsruction in the building. So it was noise from that. Also people slam the doors. Its louder than i would have expected here.

Spectacular location. The place is really cool with cozy rooms and unparalleled service. The staff is very attentive and polite, and they didn't hesitate to tell us about the coolest places in the city. My partner and I went to visit the central market, and when we returned, the room was absolutely fantastic! Seriously! I'm going back to this hotel! They made me feel right at home! I highly recommend it. Without further ado, Valencia is different, and this hotel is just like the city itself! I LOVE SUITS YOU

A very quiet hotel, perfect for working and relaxing thanks to its peaceful atmosphere. I especially want to highlight Mery, who was very professional, friendly, and always willing to help. Definitely a highly recommended place.

Excellent access to public transport, the accommodation was also good and the staff were very friendly. We stayed two nights and it was excellent; the breakfast was also very good, especially considering the price.

My stay at this hotel was simply perfect. In addition, the recommendations for places to eat and visit were incredible 😍; thanks to them, Valencia has become one of the best destinations I've visited so far. The cleanliness was impeccable; everything was super clean and meticulously maintained. The breakfast buffet was very good, varied, and served in a pleasant and fun atmosphere. I also want to highlight the transfer service, which was very punctual and reasonably priced. Finally, the bike rental service was fantastic and very convenient for getting around the city.
